Why a UX blog ?

First of all… why not? 🙂 Be positive 🙂

When I travel the world, when I commute to work, I often notice how my experience as a “User” (a paying customer on the train for example) improves by certain conditions. Many of which are thought of a methodological processes of design with us, human beings,  in mind. Human factors engineering is truly becoming the way to “make the world a better places”.

I also believe that A smiling user, is a paying customer:
Usability, for me, means literally making people smile. The users smile because “it” works intuitively. Clients smile because more users pay for a product they enjoy consuming.
