- You have 90 days from the purchase date to use the hours. After 91 days, any unused hours will expire.
- An extension of 90 additional days is possible after purchase in specific circumstances, such as enlistment, extended workplace evacuation, frequent sirens, or prolonged damage to the workplace.
- Time spent organizing tasks is also included in the bank. For example, this includes gathering media and materials, organizing files, renaming them, filtering, and backing up data.
- Additionally, any time spent communicating with clients—via WhatsApp, other chat platforms, phone calls, SMS, virtual or in-person meetings (including with clients’ partners, workers, representatives, or suppliers)—will also count towards the hours used.
